Programs like the Balata Summer Camp Project provide young people in the Balata Refugee Camp (Nablus) with emotional and mental wellness tools, helping them express themselves, build confidence, and foster social bonds. Activities include comedy training, storytelling, meditation, fitness, and art therapy—all designed to strengthen resilience, encourage self-expression, and help children cope with their environment positively.

This camp also acts as a media empowerment program, where children learn skills in event production, videography, and public speaking, allowing them to tell their stories and empower their community.

This virtual space is designed to bring high-quality wellness practices to communities around the world online; who often left without easily accessible resources. Our digitial platform is created to offer our workshops and wellness sessions for clients of all abilities and in all environements with internet access to integrate energy healing, breathwork, meditation, and emotional wellness training. We’re building bridges to health by adapting our techniques to resonate with each community’s unique needs, helping participants feel safe, empowered, and reconnected to their own potential and Soul's purpose.

​The Lighthause partners with local wellness centers, community organizations, and NGOs to expand its reach, bringing professional wellness practices into under-resourced areas and creating a network of accessible support. Each partnership aims to build community-based wellness resources, ensuring that the skills and practices introduced can be sustained locally.

Tour Format:

• Morning: Workshops with local businesses, focusing on stress relief, emotional healing, and team-building through comedy and wellness practices.

• Afternoon: School programs for kids, using humor and interactive wellness exercises to encourage self-expression, resilience, and mindfulness.

• Evening: A Comedy Wellness Showcase open to the community. This town-hall-style event will blend stand-up, open mics, and a wellness open house, inviting local comedians and practitioners to participate.
